Students who are enrolled on the Nursing and Midwifery courses usually work on a 45 week timetable and have to juggle lectures and seminars as well as placements on the ward and within the community.

In order for our students to be fully supported, The Learning Support Centre and Jotters provide Study Skills sessions during the evenings and at weekends as well as during the day. Email, Skype and telephone support is also offered so that our students have the maximum opportunity to have communication with their tutor.

Ideally, it is best for students to meet with their tutors face to face when possible but we provide these alternatives because our support is totally flexible and is student lead.
