“Feel positive about starting in my new role as an ENT.”

Our one-day course offers delegates the opportunity to: discuss with their peers current practice; reflect on their own experience; learn new strategies and discuss how different environments affect their approach to electronic note taking.

The course focuses on supporting people who are blind or partially sighted and those who are deaf or hard of hearing and require the support of an Electronic Note Taker.

We cover key areas such as; confidentiality, safeguarding, Data Protection and GDPR and signposting to enable delegates to ensure they are working within the boundaries of their role as an Electronic Note Taker.

This course is accredited by London OCN and recognized for the purposes of registering with the Disabled Students’ Allowance Quality Assurance Group (DSA-QAG) as an Electronic Note Taker.

The Learning Support Centre is an OCN London approved training centre.
