The Learning Support Centre are a Midlands based agency who specialise in supporting clients with specific learning differences such as dyslexia and mental health difficulties such as anxiety, to access support in education, the workplace or whilst looking for employment.

We provide a variety of different support types, these include Assistive Technology Training, Specialist Mentoring, Transcription Services, Exam Amanuensis, Note Taking and Autism Spectrum Disorder support.

It was an honour to win the Leicester Mercury Business award in the Services category in April 2015. We are a Mindful Employer and are accredited with the Investors in People status and are registered with the Care Quality Commission through our Personal Care Provision and have also recently been awarded the silver Green Impact award.

Having been established for over 10 years we have built up good working relationships with De Montfort university, Regent college, Loughborough college and University as well as the Apex and Ypod charities.

This summer we are running a new project called Ed’s Club and are currently working with clients from the Job Centre Plus.

Over the next month we will be providing information about Dyslexia, Austism and Asperger’s and SpLD’S and how the Learning Support Centre provide support and strategies to all of our clients.
