The Learning Support Centre Congratulate Student

Adele and her award

Adele Tilley was 21 when she enrolled at De Montfort University on the Business Management course. Her positive attitude toward her studies impressed a university guidance officer who nominated Adele for the Adult Learners Week Patron’s Prize. The Learning Support Centre were thrilled to hear that Adele won this prestigious award.

“Every aspect of my life has improved since I have returned to education and I truly believe it is because of the confidence I have gained. I will endeavour to inspire others to challenge themselves. Even though it may not be an easy road, it will be well worth it at the end.” Adele said upon receiving her prize.

Adele is in receipt of support from The Learning Support Centre and Jotters and we’re very proud of her, and we wish her every single success for the future.
