Overall purpose of role
Work closely with senior managerial staff to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. Support managers to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.
Develop an extensive knowledge of the organisation and its aims and objectives will be imperative. Including knowledge of key personnel, both external and internal.
Handle work efficiently in a manager’s absence with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications
Educated to level 4 or above in Business, Management, Administration or Secretarial Studies
Math and English GCSE C Grade or above
