The role

Make a real difference by supporting students with additional needs (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia) to succeed in college.

• In-class support – helping students during lessons so they can understand the work, stay engaged, and succeed in their learning.
• Notetaking
• Building confidence & independence

• Experience in education or support roles
• Strong communication skills
