With tailored support you will be able to develop lifelong independent strategies to improve your confidence, skills and performance in your job and career.
Your support
Is tailored to your individual learning styles and needs and to the requirements of your employer and job role.
Our Communication Support Workers (CSWs) can work in educational or work place settings. Their role is to help students and employees who are deaf access information and communicate with others. The support they offer depends on the individual’s needs, and can be discussed in further detail if this is the type of support you require.
Our British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreters help deaf and hearing people to communicate with one another. They do this by interpreting spoken English into BSL.
All our Sign Language Interpreters are regulated by a body called the National Registers of Communication Professionals working with Deaf and Deafblind People (NRCPD) which is responsible for the monitoring and development of professional standards. All registered interpreters are bound by the NRCPD’s code of conduct.
