What Information We Collect

- Your name and role or programme details
- Assessment responses, scores and results

- Assessor observations and feedback
In some cases, assessment outcomes may indicate information about health conditions, disabilities or support needs. Where this occurs, we will process such information in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

Who We Share Information With
Assessment information will only be shared with the PSW Team.
How Long We Keep Information
Assessment records are retained only for as long as necessary in line with our retention policies and legal obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
