Mental Health First Aid Training
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course which teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.
Our one-day course offers delegates the opportunity to:
The course focuses on supporting people who are blind or partially sighted and those who are deaf or hard of hearing and require the support of an Electronic Note Taker.
We cover key areas such as confidentiality, safeguarding, data protection, GDPR and signposting to enable delegates to ensure they are working within the boundaries of their role as an Electronic Note Taker.
This course is accredited by London OCN and recognised for the purposes of registering with the Department for Education as an Electronic Note Taker for students in receipt of Disabled Students’ Allowance.
We can deliver this course at your premises for a minimum of 3 delegates and maximum of 10 delegates.
