Job Purpose
To be the first point of contact for initial enquiries, provide effective administrative support to team coordination and ensure all stakeholders who contact The Learning Support Centre receive excellent customer service. Deal with training enquires and support tutors, and candidates through the duration of their course. Support the development of the training provision.
Qualifications, Training
GCSE Maths and English C or above
IAG Level 2 and above
Evidence of continual professional development
